Nex Pest Control built its Russellville reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Russellville, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
We keep our Russellville crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Russellville repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
We also track what's happening across Russellville season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Russellville service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Russellville crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Russellville emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Russellville homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Multi-location Russellville accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Russellville termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Russellville's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Russellville quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Our Russellville technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Russellville specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Russellville customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Russellville emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Russellville attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Russellville.
Russellville clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. Ask any technician on our Russellville crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.

Nex Pest Control dispatches technicians to every Russellville neighborhood and the surrounding communities that share the same pest pressure. We route technicians daily across Russellville, so location within our coverage zone rarely adds to your wait time. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Russellville coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them.

Pricing is never an hourly guess; it's a flat quote tied to the inspection findings.
